Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Forge Workflow website and services operated by Forge Workflow Inc. ("Forge Workflow", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them to store or transmit unlawful content.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Forge Workflow is priced per concurrent runner per month, with 2 runners free for every team. The Pro plan adds priority queues and SSO; Enterprise adds VPC-isolated runners and a 99.99% SLA, quoted per company. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Service availability

We work to keep the services available and reliable, and Enterprise plans include a contractual uptime commitment. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Workflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify customers by email or through the product.
